TO BECOME A JUDITH MARCH WHOLESALER

Thank you for your interest in being a wholesale customer with Judith March.  In order to gain access to our wholesale pricing please follow the steps below:

  1. Create an account
  2. Request that we convert your account to a wholesale account by emailing customerservice@judithmarch.com
  3. Copy and Paste the following into your email:
  • Store Name and Tax ID #:
  • Buyer First and Last Name:
  • Work Phone & Cell Phone:
  • E-mail Address:
  • Ship To Address:
  • Website/Social Media URL:
  • Do you have a store front?

You will receive an email from us once your application has been review.  If approved please make sure you are signed in to your account to be able to view wholesale pricing.  Please note the following:

 

COMPANY POLICIES

Judith March does not guarantee delivery dates for pre-orders and can only estimate deliveries at the time of order.  You will not be charged for pre-orders until they ship.  However, your card is authorized at the time you check out.  There will be a 10% cancellation fee charged for any items that a customer chooses to cancel from a pre-order prior to shipment. 

Customer agrees to pay the total purchase price for the products plus shipping.  

Judith March is NOT a CALL BEFORE company.  

We do TERRITORY PROTECT our stores if they are able to uphold a $2,000/quarter order minimum.  Our protection radius is 5 miles.  

 

RETURN POLICIES

At Judith March we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.   Listed below are the detailed return policies of Judith March, LLC.  Please read them carefully as they will be strictly enforced.  Should you choose to return your order, it will be assumed that you have read and understand the return policies stated here.

All sales are non-refundable.  Returned orders can result in exchange or merchandise credit only.  We do not refund credit cards.  Shipping and handling fees are final.

Judith March is not responsible for returns after the merchandise has left your store.  

There will be an automatic 20% restocking fee applied to all returns unless it is a damaged item or shipping issue on our behalf. If there is a damaged item in your order a Return Authorization (RA) label will be issued.  You must report this and any other return within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise to get full credit back to your Judith March account.  Once you have received your Return Authorization, we must receive the item within 5 days or it will result in a 20% late fee regardless of the issue.

Any return that comes back to our warehouse that was not authorized (EX: if there is no RA label or RA number) and/or if it is not in its originally packing will result in an additional 10% fee.

All refused packages will result in a $30 fee.

All sale items are final.
