What is our final sale policy?
ALL items with letters and patches are hand made items and are final sale due to the fact these items are made once the order is placed. This includes custom items, pullovers with letters or patches, ball caps with letters or patches, and all other items made with letters or patches. These items can not be returned or refunded.

When will my order ship?
The first step in our packing and shipping process is printing your shipping label. Once the label is printed, all orders will be processed within 14 BUSINESS DAYS if standard shipping is selected.

Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A PREORDER ITEM, IT WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL DATES INDICATED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OF ITEM.

*Please note that Judith March also does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

*While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Judith March cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

What if I need my order sooner?
Not a problem! You can upgrade your shipping to UPS 2nd Day for an additional fee.
*NOTE: All express orders placed on Friday after 12PM (CT), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

How do I know the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order starts being processed, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com. 

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
Once you receive our email stating that your order is processing, Judith March is unable to make any changes or modifications to an order, as we begin working on shipping your order immediately. However, if you notice your address is incorrect when you receive your confirmation email, For any questions, please email customerservice@judithmarch.com. We ask that in your email you include your first and last name, your order number and what changes need to be made.
 
International Shipping
All international orders are charged a flat rate of $29.99 plus taxes and duties. Please keep in mind that it can take 5-7 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped. All international orders are final sale.

How do I take care of my JM clothes?
We recommend hand washing and hang-drying any custom clothing item. This includes all items with letters and patches.
