Returns Information:

How to Send Your Return Package

To begin the online return process click here and complete the following steps:

  • 1. On returns portal page enter the email that was used when your order was placed to begin return.
  • 2. A returns confirmation email will be sent with a link to continue the return process.
  • 3. Click on the link within the confirmation email
  • 4. On the next page the item(s) in you order will be listed. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  • 5. Select a return reason for the item(s) you wish to return.
  • 6. Click complete return at the bottom of the page.
  • 7. Mail your return package.

RETURNS

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Judith March is NOT responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 40% off or more.
  • Sale Items + Flash Sale + Grab Bag
  • Bodysuits 
  • Hosiery

All items must be delivered back to Judith March within 15 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the USPS tracking link provided at the time of the shipment. Any items that are sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 15 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. 

Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. Refunds, (if they qualify), will be issued within two weeks of processing your return and will be sent to the original method of payment.

Refund and Processing

Once your return package arrives in our warehouse you will receive an email. Please note returns take up to 5 business days to process upon reaching our distribution center. Refunds can take multiple business days to reflect on your original form of payment. This varies based on your financial institution.

Returning International Orders

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email everythingsfine@judithmarch.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.

LOST PACKAGES: Judith March is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. Please email everythingsfine@judithmarch.com for assistance in filing an insurance claim on USPS.gov.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

  • After the item has been worn, it's yours for good! Judith March is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn. As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves, and you, our customer. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear.

MISSING/INCORRECT ORDERS:

We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, let us know by emailing everythingsfine@judithmarch.com with your order number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 2 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We will send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can ship you the correct item.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

We're sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount code is applied to the order total prior to completing the order.  

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
