RETURNS

FINAL SALE POLICY 

All items with letters and patches are hand made items and are FINAL SALE. These items are made especially for you once your order is placed. This includes custom items, pullovers with letters or patches, ball caps with letters or patches, and all other items made with letters or patches. These items can not be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

    RETURNS

    All items (eligible for store credit) must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Judith March is NOT responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

    Non-customized items (Items that do not have letters or patches attached) are available to exchange for store credit only. When returning an item that is eligible for store credit contact customer service at customerservice@judithmarch.com. You must obtain an RA# from customer service, before you can return an item. All items must be delivered back to Judith March within 15 days of being delivered to you.

    The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

    • Items purchased using a discount code
    • Sale Items + Flash Sale + Grab Bag
    • Bodysuits 
    • Hosiery
    • Swimsuits
    • Custom Items
    • ALL items with letters or patches  

    Returning International Orders

    All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

    DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please call/text 850-267-0293 within 2 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: Judith March is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund or replacement. If you would like to file a claim regarding your package, you can do so at https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/. There is nothing we can do if your package has left our warehouse. 

    ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

    After the item has been worn, it's yours for good! Judith March is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn. As a small business, we have this policy in place to protect ourselves, and you, our customer. We reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported as damaged if the items show any sign of wear.

    MISSING/INCORRECT ORDERS:

    We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, let us know by calling/texting 850-267-0293 with your order number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 2 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We will send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item as soon as possible so that we can ship you the correct item.

    PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

    We're sorry but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. Adjustments cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. During promotions, please make sure your discount code is applied to the order total prior to completing the order.  

    All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
