Little witches get the full treatment in the Mini Kids Sequin Boo Witch Hat. A tall black crown carries a sparkling BOO and script lettering, finished with a striped bow at the tip and a ruffled trim where the crown meets the crinkled brim. Sized for kids, styled like the grown-up version.
