Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

What is your return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 15 days of the date your order shipped from us and we will provide you with a full refund (less original shipping charges) that will be issued to your original payment method only. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package. Returns must be in original condition and in all the original packaging. Judith March will not accept returned items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not included. Any purchases from the SALE category or items from a “% Off Sale” of 40% or more are considered final sale and do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange. 

Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

We are sorry to inform that we do not currently offer exchanges. If you are looking to order another item we recommend you place a separate order.

How should I send my return back?

Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Judith March, unless we sent damaged or incorrect merchandise.

Follow these steps to make your return a breeze:

  • Include a detailed description of reason for return.
  • Receive a return label from us if your item(s) qualify.  (We only supply return labels if the item(s) you received are damaged or if we shipped you the incorrect item.  Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.)
  • Pack your items in the original packaging with tags attached and mail to the address above.
  • Receive a refund upon the delivery (shipping is non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item or we have made a shipping error.)

Your return will be processed within two business days from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place. Refunds will be issued within two weeks of processing your return and will be sent to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Judith March.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 850-267-0293 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-4:00 pm CST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders, we will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
